Supply Chain Management professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization.
Key Responsibilities Work independently in client facing situations and as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology in Fulfillment and Logistics related projects.Supervise business diagnosis in Fulfillment and logistics activities.Manage daily operative communication with the client.Deliver expertise for the implementation and continuous improvement of Logistics strategy, organization, network, processes, operations, and technology.Deliver cost saving initiatives including productivity and utilization of logistics resources and facilities.Setup and evaluate logistics performance measurement KPIs and benchmarking process.Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client-specific business solutions for Logistics and Supply Chain improvements.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for making client proposals and setting up project objectives.Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%.Job Qualifications Technical skills: Bachelor in mathematics, statistics, physics, Industrial or other Engineering is required.6+ years of experience developing or running advanced analytics capabilities, preferably with consulting experience.Strong understanding of business, technology and process implications related to supply chain planning.Effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills.Experience in a similar role, managing data science teams and projects.Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English).Demonstrable experience at productizing models from inception to deployment.Professional Skill Requirements Supply chain strategy and operation consulting experience is preferred.Advanced algorithm modeling skills: Python, R.Deep theoretical and applied knowledge in forecast modelling, inventory optimization, network optimization, supply simulation or digital twin modelling.Cloud architectures know-how: Azure, AWS, GCP.Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts.Experience with Statistical/Machine Learning techniques is a plus.We offer: Life, medical, and accident insurance, along with other wellness programs.Tailored career plan and development opportunities.Language training and other customized learning programs.Additional vacation days and the possibility of a reduced work schedule.Flexibility and remote work options.State-of-the-art offices in the city center.International professional network.Igualdad de Oportunidades en el Empleo
