Job Qualifications
Technical skills: Bachelor in mathematics, statistics, physics, Industrial or other Engineering is required 6+ years of experience developing or running advanced analytics capabilities, preferably with consulting experience Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to supply chain planning solving skills, with expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach. Experience in a similar role, managing a data science teams and projects. Preferably in supply chain space Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English). Demonstrable experience at productizing models; from inception to deployment. Professional Skill Requirements Having supply chain strategy and operation consulting experienced is preferred. Advanced algorithm modeling skills: Python, R Deep theoretical and applied knowledge in one or more of the following areas: forecast modelling, inventory optimization, network optimization, supply simulation or digital twin modelling Cloud architectures know how: Azure, AWS, GCP Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc…is a plus. Experience with Statistical/Machine Learning techniques is a plus. Familiarity with business solutions tools (such as o9, BlueYonder, etc…). Skills in business diagnostics, value assessment and opportunity identification, and application design of Supply chain
