Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Data Quality Steward to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within Veeva CRM ecosystem in one of our global pharmaceutical clients.
As a Data Quality Steward, you will be responsible for supporting the business by defining, implementing, and monitoring data quality standards and processes.
Main Tasks Data Quality Assurance: Support the business by ensuring that data quality is maintained within the Veeva CRM ecosystem.
Data Health Checks: Define and implement data health checks to identify and address data quality issues.
Local Market Support: Provide guidance and support to local markets on data quality best practices and standards.
Customer Data Integration: Assist in the implementation of customer data sources and integrations with the Veeva CRM ecosystem, focusing on understanding and communicating data specifications.
Requirements Requirements At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Steward or data quality analyst in a Pharma/Banking company.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Must have experience working with Veeva CRM or Salesforce platforms.
Solid knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (One trust or Veeva network).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively towards shared goals.
Strong data analysis skills to identify data quality issues and trends.
Nice to have with Adobe Campaign for marketing automation.
Good to be familiar with Veeva Aling for data management and integration.
Highly valued to have knowledge of Snowflake cloud data warehousing platform.
