DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator to join our expanding team in Spain!
Role Summary The Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Services team by facilitating the smooth execution of development and improvement initiatives within DataForce with an additional focus on quality.
This role works with relevant stakeholders to support process development and work toward continuous improvement within DataForce.
Role Responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders to identify process related needs/gaps and root causes of quality issues. Support team in the development and documentation of quality plans, processes and improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze data through system and interviews. Measure adherence to set quality standards, providing reports and recommendations to management. Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation. Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support. Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share it with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement. Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor. Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional communication skills. High-level interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders within different departments. Demonstrated business English language proficiency. Outstanding teamwork and collaboration. Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills – ability to analyze a situation and propose solutions. Excellent research skills and the capability to analyze and comprehend complex project documentation. Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products. Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. 1+ years in roles with similar responsibilities. Acquainted with process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of AI Machine Learning data-related projects (including speech, text and computer vision data collection, data curation and annotation projects). Preferred Role Requirements Experience working with crowd workers/community.
