Role Summary The Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Services team by facilitating the smooth execution of development and improvement initiatives within DataForce with an additional focus on quality.
This role works with relevant stakeholders to support process development and work toward continuous improvement within DataForce.
Role Responsibilities Collaborate with the DataForce Services team to identify process gaps and address them by creating and/or improving existing procedures.
Liaise with stakeholders to identify process-related needs/gaps and root causes of quality issues.
Support the team in the development and documentation of quality plans, processes, and improvement initiatives.
Collect and analyze data through systems and interviews.
Measure adherence to set quality standards, providing reports and recommendations to management.
Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation.
Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support.
Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share them with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
1+ years in roles with similar responsibilities.
Acquainted with process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of AI Machine Learning data-related projects (including speech, text, and computer vision data collection, data curation, and annotation projects).
Preferred Role Requirements Experience working with crowd workers/community.
