Data Quality Analyst

You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts.Key Responsibilities:Data Quality Management:Develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and controls.Monitor data quality metrics and report on data quality issues.Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.Data Analysis:Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues and trends.Conduct root cause analysis of data anomalies and recommend corrective actions.Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and generate insights.Collaboration and Communication:Work with data owners, stewards, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality standards are met.Communicate data quality issues and improvements to relevant teams and management.Provide training and support to staff on data quality processes and tools.Documentation and Reporting:Document data quality processes, policies, and procedures.Prepare regular reports and dashboards on data quality metrics and improvement efforts.Maintain records of data quality issues and resolutions.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving data quality and implement best practices.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data quality management.Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data strategy development.Job requirements Education:Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Preferred: Master's degree in a related field is a plus.Experience:General Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data quality, data analysis, data management, or a related role.Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) may be preferred depending on the organization's focus.Experience with Tools: Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Trillium) would be considered as advantage and good to have, experience with  data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).Project Experience: Experience with data projects, data migration, or data integration efforts.Do you feel that you might be the right person?
