Job Description We are looking for a Data Project Manager to work jointly with the Data (engineer, analyst, developer) and Marketing teams on the CRM issues of the companies we support (examples: La Banque Postale, Groupe Eram, Groupe Seb, SNCF, Warner, etc.).
Main Responsibilities Plan and schedule project stages, manage team schedules Dig into the technical workings of an automated process and explain the impacts to marketing teams Query the database to explain customer cases Analyze data to support marketing recommendations Find the source of a technical problem Ensure the proper functioning of the database and restart processes based on alerts related to this operation Participate in the design phase of a project and write technical specifications Translate business needs to data teams Be in contact with our clients' technical teams Projects You Might Be Working On Implementation of new multichannel life cycles (email, SMS, RCS, push notifications, mailing) Implementation of data viz projects (Power BI reporting, studies) Implementation and development of data flows Legal compliance on customer data management Data quality operations Setting up a loyalty program Implementation of recommendation algorithms Qualifications Engineer or project manager training with 3 years of experience and a strong technical dimension Knowledge of these languages and tools would be a plus: SQL, Spark, Python, DAX, tracking and campaign management tools Knowledge of the Hadoop and Microsoft ecosystem Rigorous and organized with a sense of respect for deadlines Able to work with very diverse teams and professions Versatile and autonomous Good interpersonal skills and strong motivation to work in an innovative environment within a young and international team A plus: knowledge of digital marketing Good level of English required #LI-YM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
