To support and accelerate our growth, we have developed a wide network of distribution partners - in real estate, banking, and the web - who offer the papernest solution to their clients who are moving or who simply wish to optimize their current contracts.
As part of this internship within the Strategic Partnerships team (40+ people across our 3 markets), you will participate in the development of new partnerships, the operational and technical implementation with our partners, and the monitoring of activities.
This position is available in Barcelona or Paris starting January 2025 for a duration of 6 months.
Your future missions: Your missions will primarily be analytical and will involve implementing precise actions with our Real Estate partners. You will work in collaboration with the Inside Sales teams to improve processes.
Management and optimization of existing partnerships: building dashboards, performance analysis, identification of improvement levers.
Operational implementation of partnerships: onboarding teams, technical implementation of processes (web affiliate processes, automated processes via Zapier or API, etc.), coordination of various internal teams (Product, CRM, Communication, Operations).
Support for the implementation of our commercial strategy: coordination with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, CRM), preparation of business reviews in connection with the Manager, monitoring of the action plan.
Profile sought: Graduate from an engineering or business school.
The soft skills that make you the ideal candidate: full of energy, strong team spirit, enthusiastic, creative, curious, and pragmatic.
The skills sought for this job: excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills (good command of Excel, and if you do not yet master SQL, you have a strong desire to learn!) and a previous internship.
Native French, fluent in English.
