Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Privacy Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide privacy-related advice and opinions on legal matters related to data protection, IA and DORA, draft and revise documents related to privacy and data protection, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach to identifying risks, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of both legal and technical aspects of data privacy, particularly in Information Security, and possess strategic skills to grow the team and the function.Key Responsibilities:Provide privacy-related advice and opinions on legal matters related to data protection (e.G., data breaches, subject rights requests, privacy impact assessments, etc.).Draft and revise documents related to privacy and data protection.Collaborate with different departments and senior management to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Identify risks and propose solutions proactively.Manage multiple compliance privacy reviews simultaneously and meet deadlines.Deliver high-quality work under high pressure and tight deadlines.Make timely decisions and re-prioritize in response to changes in a dynamic environment.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:University graduate in Law, with at least 5 years of experience in data privacy or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, with the ability to interact effectively with different departments and senior management.High attention to detail.Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions.Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle multiple compliance privacy reviews at the same time and meet deadlines.Capacity to deliver high-quality work under high pressure and tight deadlines.Ability to make timely decisions and re-prioritize in response to changes in a dynamic environment.Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Additional certifications or training in data privacy (e.G., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Experience working in a multinational or complex organizational environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
