The Property Team Manager will play a critical role in managing data processes and overseeing a team of Data and Business Support Analysts. This position is vital to ensuring the successful delivery of data products and services, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and managing the team effectively.Main Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a team of Geospatial Property Analysts, ensuring effective performance, professional development, and high levels of engagement.Develop and manage data product delivery processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and meet quality standards.Lead the development and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to support data integration and analysis.Conduct quality assurance of data pipelines and products, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Manage the implementation and maintenance of database technologies, including PostgreSQL or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data products meet business requirements and client needs.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks and projects.Ensure adherence to data governance and security protocols.Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and data quality metrics.Facilitate continuous improvement of data processes and team workflows.Qualifications Essential:Acquired experience (3-5 years) in managing data products and their delivery.Proven experience in managing and leading a team of data professionals.Strong background in data processes, including ETL pipeline development and management.Extensive experience with database technologies, such as PostgreSQL or other RDBMS
