IUPR Property Team delivers Land and Property insights from analysis and visualization of multi-tier geospatial data and imagery.
Our remote sensing and machine learning data analytics serve a variety of industries including insurance, construction, engineering, government, urban planning, utilities, navigation and more.
With the mapping and attributes data we provide, our clients can better manage their businesses through greater insight, understanding and knowledge.

The Property Team Manager will play a critical role in managing data processes and overseeing a team of Data and Business Support Analysts.
This position is vital to ensuring the successful delivery of data products and services, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and managing the team effectively.
Main Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this role is to manage data processes and a team of Geospatial Property Analysts.
Oversee and manage a team of Geospatial Property Analysts, ensuring effective performance, professional development, and high levels of engagement.
Develop and manage data product delivery processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and meet quality standards.
Lead the development and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to support data integration and analysis.
Conduct quality assurance of data pipelines and products, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of database technologies, including PostgreSQL or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data products meet business requirements and client needs.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks and projects.
Ensure adherence to data governance and security protocols.
Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and data quality metrics.
Facilitate continuous improvement of data processes and team workflows.
Qualifications Essential: Acquired experience (3-5 years) in managing data products and their delivery.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of data professionals.
Strong background in data processes, including ETL pipeline development and management.
Extensive experience with database technologies, such as PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
Demonstrated experience in quality assurance of data pipelines and products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desired: University degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Geospatial Science).
Understanding of geospatial data and applications (e.g., ESRI, QGIS).
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Knowledge of Agile software development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
