The Role: You will greatly support our growth, as you'll assist in making better decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
We have a significant amount of data to explore and are seeking a sharp individual who can ask the right questions to help connect the dots.
You will be working directly with our Head of Operations to: Support daily operations by creating and nurturing data frameworks to improve execution and visibility Leverage data to provide recommendations to management on operational decisions Optimize internal processes to boost growth & profitability Ensure the maintenance of internal reporting across different departments (Customer Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing) Drive ad-hoc projects related to the launch of new activities and/or features Your profile Our Ideal Teammate: At Hector Kitchen, we look for determined, passionate, and forward-thinking individuals.
You will be a strong candidate for this role if you see yourself in the following: Language: You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Technical Skills: You ideally have experience using statistical and database software.
Excel is your best friend.
SQL knowledge is a plus.
