This position reports to
Global Data & Content Manager

Your role and responsibilities
As Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality are efficiently and accurately maintained across all systems within your scope of responsibility, contributing to the overall success of data management processes. You will be responsible of different projects related to data delivery, process optimization, reporting's and analytics within the Data and Content team. This position reports to ELSB Division Data & Content Manager. Your role and responsibilities include: • Lead ETIM International Classification Standard project. Plan new version releases, anticipate possible issues, and coordinate data gathering and completion. • Generate financial and data quality reports to support decision-making and KPI reviews. • Document and update all data collection processes in which the team participates, in coordination with each process owner. • Collaborate with different countries to identify customer data needs and establish data guidelines. • Drive data ecosystem improvement and contribute to improving error identification processes related to data quality, collaborating in decision-making on how to enhance it. • Maintain the team's SharePoint site. • Assist in prioritizing products to work with. • Provide support to various users in the process of data generation and storage, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all related activities.

Qualifications for the role

2 years of working experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Project Management

Master's degree in engineering or similar

Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI and Access. Programming skills will be positively valued (Python, VBA)

A high level of self-motivation, curious, collaborative and results oriented

Ability to manage multiple demands on time. Working with cross-functional, virtual and international teams

Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages will be valued
