.The Group Cyber Security (GCS), Data Loss Prevention Operations (DLPaaS) Team is responsible for initial analysis, monitoring, and escalation of data loss cases detected from cloud, endpoint, and email data protection controls. Our role is to protect Zurich's intellectual property from leaving the company. You will be exposed to various forms of alerts that may include security breaches, intellectual property theft, insider trading, fraud, and avoidance of security controls. You will also see personal information as well as confidential and highly confidential company information. Key Responsibilities The DLP Analyst will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and daily monitoring of the enterprise DLP solutions. The main duties of the person in this role will include the monitoring and responding to the alerts that generate from the tool. This person will interface closely with other GCS Information Protection Analysts and members of the Incident Management Team from the Business Unit. As a Data Loss Prevention Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve: Monitoring alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies. Understanding and following the incident management process and engaging with end users in alignment with local requirements. Responding to escalations by the Incident Management Team. Supporting DLP rule implementation, monitoring the rules functionality, reporting gaps and issues. Supporting continuous improvement for DLP policies and rules conditions. Providing constant feedback. Your Skills and Experience As a Data Loss Prevention Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Demonstrated integrity in a professional environment. Confident with speaking to people at all levels. Excellent administration skills, analytic and attention to detail, with some working knowledge of Zurich (or other financial institution) and its business and practices. Teamwork mindset to work within a diverse, global, virtual team. Able to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficiently. Fluent in English, written and verbal communication; other languages are a plus (German, Spanish, Portuguese). Knowledge or experience with any of these tools: Microsoft Purview, Defender, Proofpoint, Symantec Endpoint, Splunk, MS Office, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Visio. Knowledge or experience in DLP, Data Protection, Information Security, Data analysis, Compliance, Insurance is a plus.
