We want to convey a whole new digital experience to our customers and for that reason, we need the most skilled professionals to come and join us.Mission:As a member of the Data Lake Support and Monitoring team, you will ensure the proper functioning of data management processes through monitoring tools. You will centralize the contact with different information providers in case of incidents, analyze them and, if needed, coordinate the resolution with the development teams.Responsibilities:Monitoring and maintenance of daily data processing jobs.Daily monitoring of different data sources (> 1TB daily).Real-time monitoring of data flows through an operational dashboard.Anomaly detection and data re-entry.To be successful in the role you must have:Experience in monitoring and maintenance of different data processes.Experience working with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Jira.Basic knowledge in SQL and AWS services like S3, EMR, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Quicksight.Basic knowledge in Apache Spark will also be positively valued.What do we offer?Hybrid work, two days a week at the office in our Santa Barbara's location (Madrid), with a flexible working mentality.Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in start-up mode with the support of Grupo Santander in a growing and expansion project.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Collaboration in international projects and possibility of contact with different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs, and frequent events.Openbank is an equal opportunity employer.
