Would you like to join us and manage our HR systems and applications? What will be your role? The Data Governance & Platforms role will manage our HR systems and applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platform, SuccessFactors. You will also provide technical support and training to our HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively. There will be a focus on the improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behaviour policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture. To feel confortable in the position requires knowledge in/of: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Advanced Excel skills, IF Functions, VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc. Experience in reporting on and processing sensitive information. Experience working within a HRIS or data driven environment ideally with SuccessFactors HCM (not essential). A keenness to learn and apply new knowledge quickly. Effective at troubleshooting and solving problems. Ability to work well within a team. Ability to prioritize and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify more efficient ways to carry out processes and data checks. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Consistently acting in an accountable and conscientious manner. 2 years of experience in a HRIS Systems role, preferably with SuccessFactors. Experience of working within HR Shared services would be an advantage. Experience of working independently or in a small team. Self-motivated and driven. Confident and capable, able to articulate data clearly and competently at all levels in an organization. Pragmatic and solution oriented. Detail oriented, organized and diligent.
