What you will do Responsible for the design and implementation of HORSE's overall Data strategy. This includes the development and maintenance of organizational data strategy and data management, including standards of data quality, the data lifecycle, and security of data, as well as ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide support to the planning, design, and delivery of solutions & services with consistency and excellence. Data governance. Providing support to the definition of the data & data management strategy, organizing the data collection strategy, purchasing strategies with data providers. What we are looking for Proven work experience as a Data Governance Manager or similar role, with a strong background in data acquisition, storage, processing, and consumption patterns in operational and analytical domains. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the IT architecture & data strategy and plans to stakeholders and IT team members. Extensive experience in migration projects, moving high-volume databases from legacy to cloud-native solutions. Strong experience with major ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) with a wide experience rolling them out. Solid understanding of Data Governance, Data Security, Data Cataloguing, and Data Lineage concepts.
