Your 'day to day' You will be responsible for the Data Governance (data architecture and structure, data quality and integrity) and of the Advanced Analytics (developing a portfolio of AI products to generate predictive and prescriptive analysis) in the Canary Islands market.
You will work in close connection with the Data Visualization (reporting ecosystem in Power BI) and Business Partnership streams within the Market Analytics teams, as well as with the Commercial Team, to ensure that data solutions and data architecture are aligned with business needs and strategic priorities.
As a Data Governance & Advanced Analytics Analyst your key accountabilities will be: Consumer database and consumer data model management, including: Data Integrity & Data architecture and structure (new data needs developments, data automatization, etc.).
Data Quality follow-up.
Implement consumer segmentation providing support to Commercial teams, sharing insights and recommendations for targeted communication campaigns.
Consumer Insights & Market Research teams support (i.e.
consumers database for Consumer Tracking studies purposes).
Consumers' Audiences generation (i.e.
for CRM, Call Service Center outbound campaigns, etc.).
Trade database and data model management: Database structure maintenance & developments.
New developments needed from diverse trade related platforms to include them to data structure.
Support in trade segmentation with a proper database maintenance & infrastructure.
Support in Trade payments recurrent process (developing automations and supporting if needed in the execution).
Coordination & follow-up with Business Intelligence team (IT), ensuring business needs requiring BI/IT involvement are properly covered and timely developed.
Develop a portfolio of AI data products and Machine Learning platforms (i.e.
Data Robot, DS Lite) that produce powerful and actionable insights.
Create and leverage on key partnership network to use available data solutions and services and "off-the-shelf" solutions minimizing internal developments for existing solutions.
Key interface with Global teams and other 3rd party agencies to implement AI / ML solutions.
Transversal support to Commercial teams, together with Data Visualization & Business Partnership, ensuring data products developments are always aligned with commercial priorities.
Who we're looking for: University Degree and/or Master preferably in Data Management, Data Science, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Statistical Sciences, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence knowledge is a plus (algorithms knowledge, main uses cases…).
3-5 years of previous record in a Commercial Intelligence, Business Intelligence or data department.
Ideally come from a business-aligned IT position.
Power BI knowledge (i.e.
data models design, queries programming, dashboards development & maintenance).
Awareness of BI tables and raw data sources to be integrated in the future.
Programming languages: SQL (knowledge in optimization of queries would be desirable), and Agile (basic Scrum) is a must.
Python is a plus.
Databases management (SnowFlake would be desirable), AWS, Google Analytics and Jira knowledge is a plus.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point): proficiency level.
Strong analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Skills and experience managing a team is a plus.
Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).
Valid and permanent EU work permit.
