In this role, you will deliver expert Data & Analytics support to drive business strategy and execution across the whole Americas / EMEA organization to meet patients and customers' needs.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and frameworks needed to facilitate the collection, analysis, and visualization of data.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and create solutions that enable them to extract actionable insights.Maintain and monitor D&As team pipeline in Power BI, including change management, data refresh, Power BI service configuration, and maintenance.Assemble data sets that meet business requirements and data engineering best practices (e.G., performance, formatting, naming conventions, DAX expressions).Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability.Utilize automation tools (PowerShell, API, Azure DevOps, MS Power Automate, Python) and Power BI semantic model creation, optimization, and maintenance.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.G., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Programming skills (Python, R) for data manipulation and automation.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey complex technical information clearly.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
