Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ? 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis and data engineering roles.Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, processing, and transformation.Experience with AWS, specifically with services like S3, Redshift, and Lambda.Solid knowledge of ETL and robust data pipeline design.Experience with API integration and development to enable seamless connectivity between systems.Advanced analytical skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large datasets.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; French is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams to solve complex data problems.WHAT WILL YOU DO? Design and build ETL pipelines to process and transform data from multiple sources into scalable storage systems.Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases, optimizing their performance and ensuring data integrity.Create analytical models and reports using structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends that support business strategies.Program in Python to automate processes and handle large datasets.Implement advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and organize data for analysis.Manage and secure data environments on AWS, including storage and processing tools (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.).Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate data transfer between internal applications and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data and modeling requirements.Interpret and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, providing high-value strategic recommendations.WHY US?
