Our team is in full expansion and we want to continue incorporating talented people who will allow us to achieve excellence in our products and services with a positive impact on society and implementation of our mission, and because we know that with our #CardifSpirit we will go further.MissionAs a Data Engineer within the Direction Data Analytics, your main missions are:Design and build data pipelines to prepare information to be used by Data Scientists, Data Analysts.Prepare and test the Data assets (ETL, Datamart) to be deployed in production by IT.Rely on the functional design performed by the Business Analysts specialized in Data, on the framework defined by the Data Architect and in compliance with the Enterprise Data Model and IT Standards recommended by DCiO.Interact with Security, Data Protection, IT and Architecture to validate the assets being designed and built.ResponsibilitiesCollect data and build reliable and industrial data pipelines.Build and optimize the data processing: centralize data pipelines and produce robust and high-performance infrastructure for the generation of actionable information.Be in charge of sourcing and connecting data.Document the built data assets.Ease the creation of Data Products (Datamarts, Data APIs, DataViz PBI/Carto) by DA Direction.Ease the access to standardized, normalized data to data consumers, Data Analysts, AI Business Analysts, Data Scientists to make them more efficient to deliver a strong DA Value Proposition.Position requirementsUniversity or college degree, and preferably at least a bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar studies.Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineer or any equivalent position.Experience in Data Quality desirable.Experience in the insurance sector will be highly valued.English (Professional Working Proficiency) and Spanish (Full Professional Proficiency) are mandatory and French or Portuguese are a plus.Experience with agile project management methods (e.g.
