Offsite and digitally, you will monitor our services daily to ensure customer / growers success and service excellence. You will be in frequent contact with growers, helping them achieve their crop strategies. Additionally, you will translate their feedback, needs, and ideas into actionable input for our product development teams. Your excellent guidance and strong relationships with customers will enable them to scale their use of our services effectively. Your Role Based in our inspiring office at the Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, you will serve as the first point of contact for our greenhouse growers who use our Crop Controller service. Working closely with our team, you will continuously improve the processes and organization needed to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and managing the autonomous steering of operational greenhouse processes to ensure crop strategies are achieved. Guiding new greenhouse growers through the onboarding process to transition to autonomous growing. Conducting regular meetings with the greenhouse growers to review service progress and address their needs. Acting as the first line of support for greenhouse growers inquiries. Translating our greenhouse growers needs into actionable input for process and product development, as well as supporting customers with the rollout of new features. Driving commercial activities to help growers scale operations to new locations and greenhouses. What You Bring We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following skills and qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in horticulture or a related field. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in crop and climate management within greenhouses
