We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Continuum Product Owner to join ourMamp;S Data Foundations team.
You will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and act as a technical solution guardian.Main responsibilitiesPartner with Digital MSAT team in enabling key Digital Launches related activities through foundational data elements Lead the development and management of data assets to support AI-driven initiatives in close collaboration with Digital Mamp;S MSAT and Launch Engine teams.
Co-Define the Data Continuum strategy in line with Digital Mamp;S Data ambition Collaborate with Ramp;D, CMC, MSAT and cross-functional teams to ensure data continuity and integrity across various stages of product development.
Build data products to enable the tech transfer process by leveraging data to streamline operations and accelerate product launches.
Contribute to the development and implementation of GenAI use cases with/for MSAT teams to accelerate product transfer from Ramp;D to Mamp;S. Engage with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies and executions activities.
Oversee the integration of Ramp;D data with other organizational data streams to support the Data Continuum.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and machine learning adAbout you Experience: Proven experience in data management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Natural curiosity in understanding problem spaces deeply; demystifying linkages between people, process and technologies; and strong appetite forproblem solving Data engineering or Modeling background is a pre-requisiteStrong Product Management skills with proven Agile experience Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in Pharma Soft and technical skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills, leadership, stakeholder management, and with the ability to drive projects to completion.Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including Ramp;D, CMC, MSAT, Data Engineering and Data Science Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
