Data Continuum Product Owner Objective : To build robust data assets that support CMC and MSAT processes, enabling AI use cases such as Tech Transfer and Launch Engine, and MSAT Digital SME.
CMC : The CMC process refers to the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls process, which is a critical component in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
MSAT : MSAT is a specialized unit focusing on the comprehensive technical management of products, from development to lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities : Partner with Digital MSAT team in enabling key Digital Launches related activities through foundational data elements. Lead the development and management of data assets to support AI-driven initiatives in close collaboration with Digital M&S MSAT and Launch Engine teams. Co-Define the Data Continuum strategy in line with Digital M&S Data ambition. Collaborate with R&D, CMC, MSAT and cross-functional teams to ensure data continuity and integrity across various stages of product development. Build data products to enable the tech transfer process by leveraging data to streamline operations and accelerate product launches. Collaborate with Data scientists, Data Engineers, and subject matter experts to understand data needs for data modeling and Data / AI / GenAI use cases. Contribute to the development and implementation of GenAI use cases with / for MSAT teams to accelerate product transfer from R&D to M&S. Engage with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies and execution activities. Oversee the integration of R&D data with other organizational data streams to support the Data Continuum. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and machine learning advancements relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. Ensure strong data governance and onboard Data Continuum data assets in the Enterprise Data Governance platform and Data Marketplace. Monitor progress, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products and services. Who you are : Proven experience in data management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Natural curiosity in understanding problem spaces deeply; demystifying linkages between people, processes, and technologies; and strong appetite for problem solving. Data engineering or modeling background is a pre-requisite. Strong Product Management skills with proven Agile experience. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in Pharma. Excellent communication and leadership skills, stakeholder management, and ability to drive projects to completion. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including R&D, CMC, MSAT, Data Engineering, and Data Science. Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements in a regulated environment. Passion for innovation and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of data to drive innovation and efficiency in product development and manufacturing processes. The R&D Data Continuum Product Owner will play a crucial role in enabling Sanofi to maintain its competitive edge through the strategic use of AI and data analytics.
