Youprovide tailormade reportsbased and the client's needs, with our own reporting tool (complemented by VBScript, VBA and/or C#).Furthermore, you ensure that oursoftwarecommunicates perfectly with other systems (such as payroll solutions, HR- and ERP-tools).Youcommunicatewith all involvedinternal and external partieson a regular basis.
Some of your contacts have technical skills, other don't: youexplain complicated matters in a clear and efficient way .Youassistour Customer Care department, where you offersecond line supportto our customers regardinginterfaces and reports.
Youanalyzethe requests and their urgency andcomplexity, so that incidents are resolved in the most efficient manner.You will work from our office in Barcelona (or at home) or at the clients' (who are mainly located in France or Spain).This is you?You know a thing or two about programmingin VBA, VBS or another programming language (basicknowledgeor adeep affinityis required).You manage toexplain things clearlyto our customer, thanks to yourservice-oriented mindset .You excel inanalytical and logical thinking .You are a realproblem solver.
