Oversee the management and security of our data and network infrastructures. This role involves developing and implementing secure data connectivity solutions ensuring efficient integration and bi-directional communication between referral hospitals and internal systems. The position will ensure compliance with Spanish cybersecurity regulations for CD, in accordance with ENS. Responsibilities Managing the execution and delivery of programs within budget and scope.Lead successive phases in a specific project identifying internal people involved and roles.Launch new regional project proposals with referrals hospitals.Identify potential interconnections between referral hospitals and clinics to define and involve stakeholders in specific new projects.Coordinate with Nephrolink Team potential hospitals to connect with clinics.Coordination between Referral and Euclid Team to maximize bidirectional communication (ex. Lab analytics, patient history).Keep synergies with IT hospital, nephrolink team and Euclid as part of a common and holistic project.Assess proactive actions giving support ongoing maintenance and updates.Participate in Last-mile digitalization project (owned by Operations) to ensure highest efficiency and productivity in data management at clinic sites.Evaluate and set up requirements with stakeholders to promote connectivity as part of future Tenders.Identify requirements, develop specific and regional proposals, and coordinate new digitalization actions for reducing administrative tasks and time savings for our Health Care Professionals Teams.Establish schedules and project parameters and set procedures.Coordinate close to Functional support team visits and meetings to promote new connectivity project and tender requirements.Collect needs and requirements to elaborate proposals close to Developer Team.Identify common technical needs to elaborate new proposals with Euclid Team.Support VAM for consultative sales.Pre-sales actions and consultancy actions with stakeholders in hospital environment close to VAM (Business Development).Give support in technical assistance to operational and business Team maintain the organization's networks (internal and referral hospital).Design new proposals for new applications for specified projects.Proactive activities to modify and maintain existing applications to meet objectives.Develop proposals coordinated with Nephrolink team project in progress within clinic scope.Collaborate closely with business to show the technical advantage of digitalizing the blood test results.Lead compliance activities for Spanish Care Delivery cybersecurity regulations, such as ENS.Act as the key point of contact between the global Information Security office, Spain Care Delivery IT, and local auditors/regulators.Facilitate communication between all global and local stakeholders to ensure ongoing activities and information requests are known/collected/distributed, in relation to cybersecurity audits, IT risk management, and incident response support.Assist with the implementation of relevant cybersecurity policies and standards in local systems.Analyze from a technical perspective risks regarding processes and methodologies established.Draw up the protocols and documents required for the development of its work.Ensure that the Occupational Risk Prevention plans and policies are complied with, to guarantee safety at work.Know and follow the applicable regulations in their area of work in force.Be familiar with the aspects of the contracts in force that affect their area of responsibility.Ensure that the Patient Data Protection Act is respected. Requirements Engineer or technical degree.Minimum 3 years of experience in the integration of health systems, project management, and technical implementations with HL7 V2.Minimum 3 years of experience in software product testing.Minimum 2 years of experience in user training and functional support.
