You will oversee local infrastructure health, implement global and local driven projects, troubleshoot and remediate issues and follow up on incidents and requests.Key Responsibilities –Additionally, to the duties above responsibilities lie in following areas -Ensure Service Availability: Maintain the availability and reliability of terminal data centre services to support uninterrupted business operations.ITSM Process Management: Leverage the Service Now platform to efficiently handle ITSM processes, including incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change management.Change Management: Execute global change programs within the data centre domain, ensuring first-time-right implementation without causing unplanned business interruptions.Cyber Resiliency: Strengthen cyber resilience by adhering to APM Terminals' standards and policies, including timely patch management for all data centre infrastructure
