Summary:The Data Center Engineer is responsible for designing, setting up, and managing information/network systems at data centers. His/her duties entail monitoring systems operations and administering IT solutions to ensure servers, hard drives, and other data center equipment function efficiently.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and service repairs on critical Data Center systems (UPS, PDU, Diesel Generators, ATS equipment, Building Controls, Chillers, etc.), as well as all industrial equipment and systems.Install new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and safety guidelines.Operate and inspect emergency power generation and reliability equipment.Ensure availability and capacity targets are achieved and maintained for data centers and technical infrastructure for all Data Center facilities.Responsible for other administrative work as needed.Qualifications:Education:Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4-year course.Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer.Experience:1-2 years of work experience in a data center or in a field related to mechanical/electrical works.Open to fresh graduates.Skills & Competencies:Knowledgeable in Data Center equipment such as generators, transformers, electrical switchgear, UPS, chillers, pumps, CRAC, fire suppression and detection, and data cabling.Must have knowledge of AutoCAD.Has a positive attitude and can work in a fast-paced work environment.Positive team player.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company eventsSchedule:12-hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:Carmona, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)License/Certification:PRC License (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
