Position summary: Sterling Technology , a TransPerfect company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archive Production Specialist to join our Client Services team in Madrid.
This permanent, entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to start a career in Client Services, with a clear path for progression to becoming a Client Services Representative.
The position involves managing the full lifecycle of archive creation for clients who need data from Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) archived onto secure USBs.

Position responsibilities: Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients who request VDR data archives, ensuring clear, efficient, and professional interaction throughout the process.
Archive Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the archive process post-sale from receiving customized data requirements from the client, production of requested data, through to the final shipment of secure USBs, ensuring a seamless experience.
Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with teams in India for data extraction and transfer, and with colleagues in Malaga, London, and other locations for quality assurance.
Quality Assurance: Conduct and coordinate multiple rounds of quality checks on data transfers and final archive products to ensure zero-error delivery.
Time-Sensitive Task Execution: Manage and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Record Management: Keep comprehensive and organized records of archive production activities for accountability purposes to be used in audits when necessary, and in eye of process improvement.
