Responsibilities: Design and implement efficient and scalable data architecture.Develop data models and database designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.Work closely with Data Domain owners to establish Data Governance and Data Sharing Terms policies.Optimize database performance and ensure data quality.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.At least 5 years of experience in the area of business intelligence and data management, with experience as Data Architect.At least 3 years of experience with cloud solutions.
Data Architect for at least one large-scale modernization/transition project to Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of AWS components, Apache Parquet, S3, AWS Glue, and Snowflake.Knowledge of the pharma industry, clinical development and/or GxP processes.Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and other relevant technologies.Experience with an agile-based delivery model.Excellent spoken and written English.Willingness and readiness to travel.Collaboration skills, excellent analytical thinking and self-organization, able to understand and design complex architecture, self-confident, able to explain, discuss and defend architectural design and decisions.Initiative and a passion for driving rapid technical advancement with innovative ideas.Nice to have: AWS solution architect certification is a plus.Understanding of/skills in Innovator is a plus.Benefits: Flexible working conditionsLife and accident insuranceHealth insurance at a competitive priceInvestment in your learning and developmentGym membership discountsIf you have read this far, what are you waiting for to apply?
