The Digital Solutions (DIS) team oversees all Digital Core (DC) functions, supporting and advancing our shared initiatives and driving our digital transformation.

The DC Digital Solutions team connects product managers, digital advisors, data scientists, developers, and business partners, accelerating our journey in digital transformation.
How to contribute to our vision We are looking for individuals with a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Data Engineering and possess substantial expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level systems.
You will join the Data Science and Engineering team of DIS, providing support to our portfolio of products in data management and analysis tools.
Our aim is to transform Digital Core's data landscape to enable data-driven decisions across the company.
In close contact with product development teams, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
You will work with large-scale databases, both structured and unstructured, to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and ready for analysis.
We are looking for a Data Engineer with more than 5 years of experience with the following competencies: A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Advanced object-oriented/object function Python scripting.
Other languages: Matlab, R, C++, etc.
Prompt engineering to power GenAI solutions.
Experience using the following software/tools: Big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, etc.
Relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
GenAI frameworks: OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases.
Data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
Azure and AWS cloud services.
Stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
Reporting Tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
You should possess good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player in agile environments.
You should demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, working collaboratively to identify, define, and resolve issues while determining the best course of action.
Additionally, you would have robust conceptual strength, strategic thinking, technical, and analytical skills.
An aptitude for asking insightful questions, anticipating business inquiries, and performing root cause analysis is also highly desirable.
