In this role you will be collaborating with various business functions and other Digital tech teams to develop and implement a robust innovation strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will foster a culture of innovation across the enterprise by establishing processes, tools, and partnerships that support the development of new products and capabilities. By proactively assessing market trends and customer needs, you will ensure that the organization remains competitive and responsive to evolving challenges, ultimately enhancing business growth and operational efficiency.In This Role, You Will:1. Work closely with business functions and markets to bring new ideas that create value and match emerging disruptive capabilities with unmet business and customer needs.2. Create a consistent innovation pipeline and foster an innovation culture for the enterprise, identifying opportunities that grow business opportunities, capabilities and solutions.3. Ensure the enterprise has the tools, process, and support in developing new products and capabilities that will be needed to survive and thrive in the midterm and long term. Setting innovation goals (including Innovation OKRs) for the organization in line with overall business objectives, strategy, and growth targets.4. Lead the process to identify and evaluate innovative ideas across technology, culture, and new concepts.5. Lead the development of an enterprise-wide innovation strategy and roadmap and ensure its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans.6. Serve as champion/change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain an enterprise-wide culture of innovation including process transparency, best practices (emerging technologies), learning and development.7. Establish external ecosystem partners, which may include universities, venture capital firms, companies, accelerators and fellow enterprises.8. Partner with every relevant team across the organization to develop and exploit new digital solutions and scale digital capabilities to create a competitive edge for the enterprise.
