We are currently looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. Key responsibilities: Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results and monitor key metrics.Use data visualization to distill complicated spatio-temporal data into easy to digest summaries.Present findings to Supervisor and other leaders to guide business decisions.Extract and prepare KPIs.Extract and analyze Cost Actuals for the functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance and other Service Center functions.Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or similar background with specialization in Data Analytics.Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power Query, PowerBI.Basic knowledge of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A).Well-structured and very organized.Ability to think outside the box.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with staff at all levels.Fluent in English.Our Company: Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
