The Role
The Data Analytics Senior Consultant for Insurance will be part of the Professional Services Division within the Solera International Operations Business Unit. This person leverages an advisory approach to deliver recommendations regarding Insurance, AI, ML, and Data to Solera clients with the objective of delivering consulting projects. They will work very closely with the four sub-departments within the division: Implementation, Configuration, Training, and Technical Solutions Services. In parallel, this person will work in close alignment with different Solera teams, including P&D and account teams within Sales and Customer Support, helping customers innovate, transform, and evolve their business through the use of Solera's products and platform and business and technical recommendations.
What You'll Do
Support the development of Solera's end-to-end value proposition for data strategy, customer experience, and analytics platform for the Insurance industry.
Lead a project delivery team focusing on customer needs and pain points, solving client's burning issues by helping clients achieve new performance.
Deliver consulting projects by focusing on solutions, best practices, benchmarks, and leveraging business and technical recommendations about sustainability environment, innovation, data, AI, and ML.
Provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, working with the other Solera teams (internally and externally Professional Services).
Make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
Develop expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of Solera's knowledge base and capabilities within the Insurance industry.
Work closely with the account teams within Sales to identify and qualify additional business opportunities for Solera and to deliver one unique Solera value proposition.
Leverage a deep understanding of the insurance industry, analytics platform, data strategy, customer experience, and platform business model.
What You'll Bring
University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. A Master's degree in Sustainability/Energy efficiency will be a plus.
Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language will be a plus (e.g., German, French, Italian).
10+ years of global working experience in delivering large transformation programs and management of high-performing teams.
Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in consulting companies with a focus on the insurance environment, data analytics, platform, data strategy, customer experience, or within insurance environment companies.
Knowledge in Insurance Products/Processes and Insurance Core Systems, with business strategy, TOM design, and industry expertise.
