Role Responsibilities: What you'll do As a PM your role is to "make sure the job gets done". You will own all the activities throughout a data program lifecycle to ensure the BI portfolio.Drive and facilitate projects and communicate proactively with all stakeholders and teams to share insights, improve collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and manage change.Gather requirements from business users, register properly and participate in the prioritization according critically, resources and strategy.Interviews end-users to determine the need for data, reporting, analysis and data quality.Work with Product Owner(s) to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value.Plans project scope and establishes measurable goals. Establishes project timelines and manages the project, including escalations, to complete the project on schedule and within budget. Organizes the project kickoff and validation workshops.Define, implement and track performance metrics once solution enters production.Develop a deep understanding of technical solutions developed, synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy to understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.Provide established guidelines, standards, methodologies, and conventions.His/her ultimate goal will be to help improving our products and business decisions by making the most out of our data strategy.Job requirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (>8 years) in a similar role, working as a BI & Analytics project or program manager.Fluent written and spoken in English and Spanish.Experience in international environments is required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and traditional waterfall approach. Official certifications will be desirable.Data visualization background – ideally Tableau or PowerBI.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Knowledge of data mesh, data governance and BI and Analytics management.Knowledge of Azure Databricks for analytics workflows or similar platforms is a plus.Experience in implementing advanced analytics and generative AI solutions (Is a plus)
