We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Consultant who will provide detailed solutions to achieve maximum conversion and increase turnover for the business. As part of the Data & Analytics team, you actively participate in the projects carried out by Incubeta. These projects cover a wide range of services , including data collection, data analysis, dashboarding, CRO, and Advanced Marketing Analytics projects. You will also actively participate in the Digital Analytics offers. Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, you will help prioritize web analytics requests, tasks & deliverables according to business needs across different Industries. Role and Responsibilities As the Data & Analytics Consultant, you will work on our clients, helping to provide customer experience data by: Manage & influence customer contacts and maintain positive working relationships and help them analyze the data, trends, and performance, Identifying sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic Analytics experience to our customers for them to grow their businesses, Provide account management on large Analytics projects, Provide analytics training to customers on-site, Define KPIs with the client and perform an audit of the current data ecosystem Build measurement plan for varied web analytics, TMS, and CMP tools Provide input into RFPs by supporting the Sales team to draw up and present strategic proposals toward customers' inclusive timelines and costs of investments, Consult with customers on the deployment of Google Analytics / Google Analytics 360 across their web properties, Actively participate in sales, customer, and team meetings
