Your responsibilities will include:Delivering original analysis and insights to case teams, typically owning all or part of an analytics module.Establishing credibility by thought partnering with case teams on analytics topics.Executing analytical approaches and creating defined outcomes.Applying analytical, statistical, and programming skills to build models and discover knowledge from data sources.Wrapping the outcomes of analysis into ready-to-use software modules.Training project and client teams on advanced analytics approaches.Communicating analytical insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results.Developing broad expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform.YOU'RE GOOD ATYou should be strong in analytical solutioning with hands-on experience in advanced analytics delivery. Technical Skills (Must have):Experience in Business Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, or Optimization.Proficiency in Data Cleansing, Data Transformation, and Data Modelling.Overall fluency in Python: ability to read, create, debug and package code.Data wrangling with Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) and hands-on experience with data visualization.SQL scripting and ability to collect data from relational databases.Hands-on experience in dashboarding using Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikSense.Nice to have technical skills beyond that:Experience in GenAI, programmatically using ChatGPT or other LLMs.Experience in building scalable production-ready dashboards and web applications.Experience with collaboration within agile projects.Understanding of containerization and automated deployment.Experience with cloud architectures and machine learning platforms.Experience with UI/UX Design.What You'll BringBachelor's / Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or similar. 1 - 3 years within relevant domain of Advanced Analytics and Software Development across industries.
