Global Reporting and Data Partner Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze a particular HR project or HR topical area to find drivers and conclusions.Working in Agile methodology, complete sprints that work towards overall project.Design and implement efficient data pipelines (ETLs) and using multiple data sources create metrics and KPIs.Projects could involve creating a forecasting model, various cost models, correlation models, and the like.Working with various HRBPs, solve business outcomes by analyzing drivers that HR can positively influence.Analyze KPIs and figure out what is influencing them, why the company is efficient or not efficient and what are the relationships between various variables and the KPI being tracked.Follow development standards in accordance with UA best practices.Work with cross-functional teams to clarify functional requirements.Troubleshoot data anomalies.QualificationsBachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Math, Economics, Computer Science or a closely related field of study or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience.3+ years of experience in modeling, data analytics, storytelling with analysis, creating metrics.3+ years' experience of working with multiple data sets, combining data, cleansing data, distilling it into digestible results.Ability to create world-class visualizations and be able to summarize the main message and highlights from it.Knowledge of Workday and other related HR systems is a plus.Able to prioritize project lists, create metrics quickly and reliably and can track KPI.ABOUT USPPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD The PPG WayEvery single day at PPG: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
