Responsibilities: Lead a team of data analysts in the development and execution of data analytics projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization Define and enforce data analytics standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytics solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop analytics solutions that meet business objectives Lead the design and implementation of data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to uncover insights and trends in complex datasets Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
