Who are we looking for: As a Data Analyst Supervisor, you are expected to:
Provide instruction to direct reports about the Master Data activity based on priority level and ensure that all approved requests are accommodated and completed on a daily basis.
Perform market research and analyze big data, identifying consumer behaviors and trends.
Make recommendations and provide strategies based on analysis to increase productivity.
Assign Master Data daily activities and projects to direct reports according to the level of importance.
Properly cascade directions from the immediate heads to direct reports.
Act as the point person to other departments for all Master Data concerns.
Secure approval from the immediate heads for all SKU or product maintenance requests and ensure correct execution based on standards and guidelines.
Ensure that all newly approved items and vendors in buying are accurately, properly, and timely encoded in the system.
Timely submit and generate all required category reports, trend sales data, etc., based on schedule.
Update the immediate head on the progress of the new and ongoing projects.
Handle the end-to-end Master Data/Database and system process.
Consolidate a monthly and regular report from the assigned Branch Category Assistant Manager/Supervisor.
Coordinate with the assigned branch category for any issues and concerns related to Master Data, product maintenance, adjustments, and other requests.
What does it take to be part of the team? Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of related working experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret big data.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good communication, leadership, delegation, and time management skills.
Willing to be assigned in Sariaya, Quezon.
