We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst Strategist with a strong foundation in data analytics, programming, and AI methodologies to join our innovative team.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis Insights: Analyse large and/or complex datasets with the goal of identifying actionable investment or trading insights and associated market trends and behavior.AI Development: Design and implement AI methodologies for big data processing and predictive modelling and strategy development.Programming Automation: Develop and optimize code in Python and other languages like Java, R, or C#.Statistical Modelling: Apply advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to ensure data integrity and to interpret and present data in ways useful for the business.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to provide required data for various financial and development processes in a collaborative manner.Infrastructure Quality: Ensure the quality and reliability of data sources and analytical frameworks.Machine Learning Projects: Leverage frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for advanced modelling and strategy development tasks.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's (but preferably Master's degree or above) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related specialized field of study.Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, machine learning, or AI applications.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python is essential, with additional experience in R, Java, or C#.Familiarity with big data tools and platforms such as AWS, Kafka, or TimescaleDB.Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Quantitative Skills: Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts.Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated capacity to tackle complex challenges creatively and efficiently.Communication Skills: Ability to present data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in fintech, blockchain, or investment-related fields.Familiarity with distributed systems and blockchain technology.Proven ability to work in a remote but collaborative environment.Why Join Us?Cutting-Edge Work: Engage in projects that utilize the latest advancements in AI, blockchain, financial markets and big data analytics.Flexibility: possibility for remote working, and/or working in several European locations.Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values and invests in innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
