To meet these challenges, we are recruiting a Data Analyst Intern for a period of 6 months starting January 2025. Based in Barcelona, you will actively work on various data issues to help the team solve problems, be more efficient, and iterate more quickly with reliable data.
Your future missions: Improve the productivity of several business teams Automate the calculation of bonuses for our sales team of over 400 people across France and Spain.Automate certain tasks of the team by creating new innovative tools.Implement alerting systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market changes.Create value through analytics Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers.Conduct in-depth analyses on topics at the intersection of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, skills development, etc.).Produce ad hoc analyses and propose operational improvements.Ensure data reliability and accessibility Ensure data reliability from various sources.Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team.Profile sought: You are a graduate of an engineering/business school.You are passionate about data and digital.You are meticulous, resourceful, and independent.You are comfortable with SQL, data processing, and visualization (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).You have a good level of English.You ideally have skills in data science.What we offer you: By joining papernest, you will evolve in a work environment that is: - Flexible with a remote-friendly policy (1 day of telework possible per week).
