Purpose of Position
Awin's Financial Analysts serve as a pivotal resource in shaping the company's financial future and strategic direction through expert data analysis and insightful financial modelling. This role enhances decision-making across the organisation by providing precise, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimise performance and drive growth.
Key Tasks Financial & Business Analytics Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting using Tableau to track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and other critical data points relevant to business operations.Financial Modelling: Create detailed financial models that forecast business performance and simulate various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.Insight Generation: Analyse data and report outcomes to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and drive efficiency improvements.Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analysis and reports to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that technical and non-technical audiences understand the implications and insights.Continuous Improvement: Continually refine and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes using BI tools to better meet the company's strategic needs.Skills & Expertise 3+ years in a financial or business analytics position.Analytical, pro-active and inquisitive, with the ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently.The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear, concise explanations for non-technical audiences.Proficiency with SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau is essential.Fluency in English (C1+).Our Offer Flexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
