The Role:We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in a multi-disciplined team alongside Developers, Designers and Product Owners, who will own their work from the initial idea to the final implementation. The role will also involve mentoring junior members of the team who have an understanding of the area but may need to lean on a more experienced colleague from time to time.The role sits inside the BI team. The BI team is made up of 80+ people split across the three Ryanair offices: Dublin, Madrid & Wroclaw. Within the BI team, there is a range of different professions: Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Optimization Specialists, Data Modellers, BI Analysts & BI Reporters.RequirementsEducation: Relevant Undergrad Degree in field of Analytics, Masters preferableWork Experience: Relevant work experience in Data Analytics/Data Science positionsCommercially focused. The Commercial team are the stakeholders for the majority of Data Analytics projects undertaken. The candidate must be commercially astute and be able to recognise the value of projects. Job performance is largely assessed by commercial value addedAbility to work independently. Crucial to be a self-starter and consistently show initiative & diligence on a daily basis.
