We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be a great communicator and collaborator, with a passion for using data and insights to drive action. The role will continue to build our data-driven approach to Go To Market & Sales through efforts including: clear, insightful reporting, proactive identification of new opportunities, and closely monitoring and evaluating performance.
Responsibilities:
You will be the primary data and analytics business partner to the Sales and Go To Market teams, working closely with the group to understand and identify needs. In this roles you will:
Development of pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, including dashboards, reports and insights. Proactively interpret data to provide insights and identify areas for improvement Provide data and ad-hoc analyses to the sales team and management as needed Cooperate with our Go To Market Operations team in facilitating and driving regular cadencies (reviews of Pipeline, QBRs, Targets etc.) as well as improving overall sales funnel intelligence Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive critical thinking to challenge the status quo What we are looking for: Fluent in English with great collaboration and communication skills to work with others across the business to turn data to insights to drive action A proactive approach and genuine curiosity to understand and share what the data means. Good technical skills and experience, comfortable with spreadsheet analysis, SQL code, and building dashboards. Eager to use new technologies, tackle new challenges, flourish in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our data-driven culture.
