.At ING we are looking for a Data Analyst – Early CollectionsYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst – Early Collections to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Easy Financing Tribe.The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers' partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.Your key responsibilities:As a Data Analyst Early Collections, you will:Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service.Co-create and lead the strategy and the roadmap to achieve the best-in-class collections services, the precise and safe execution of the operational processes and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool, the external collections agencies coordination and monitoring, and the evolution towards a more data-driven and digital service.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
