We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security and digital risk governance and control strategy.The team you'll join, Risk Insights and Awareness, is responsible for bringing insights from the dynamically changing world of digital and technology risks - both within and outside Swiss Re. We aim to establish a "single source of truth" on our exposures, what we can do to mitigate them, and how we can measure our progress. For this, we combine our collective expertise, curiosity, and actively seek out effective data-driven solutions.In your role, you will...Develop insights and "connect the dots", with a drive to automate and innovate our data gathering effortsPerform requirements analysis, record and communicate these requirements in an understandable way to the involved partiesSupport ingestion of datasets and any data pre-processing requiredDeliver comprehensive reporting solutions (self-service reports, dashboards) for our team and customersContribute to the team with data visualisation expertiseCritically evaluate the effectiveness of reports and identify areas for improvement (including data quality checks and validation rules)Create and maintain documentationCollect insights from data and evaluate digital & technology risksEnable sound risk-based decision makingJoin Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activitiesYour qualificationsNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements
