Key Responsibilities: Prepares weekly and monthly DQA reports promptly, enabling customers to access supply chain information more conveniently and efficiently. Assists in addressing gaps related to missing events or milestones for designated customers. Regularly extracts relevant shipment data from the system to identify any missing or inaccurate information. Investigates and follows up with relevant parties to determine the root causes of data discrepancies. Conducts reconciliations both internally and externally when issues arise. Reviews contracts and agreements, collaborating with the Logistics Analyst to renew them before expiration. Actively monitors data related to customer interactions. Validates the accuracy and timeliness of EDI events as requested by customers. Tracks shipment milestones and reports any missing events along with their reasons. Collaborates with the appropriate service provider to resolve errors and provide timely updates on status. Monitors missing milestones and updates the system according to agreed service level agreements to ensure customers receive complete and timely information. Minimum Qualifications: College and above, Mathematics major is preferred. Integrity with strong sense of trust and responsibility. Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Good in reading, written and spoken English. Possess data analytical skills and logical thinking. Attention to details and result-oriented. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure. Strong organization skills and ability to follow documented procedures. Background in freight forwarding, consolidation and logistics is preferred. Job Type: Full-time
