In this role you will help define our overall data and analytics strategy, evolve data, reporting, and learner help desk processes and partner with business and IT stakeholders throughout Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft to support Avanade's ambitious growth plans. ResponsibilitiesCertification Data Management: Ensure certification team has up to date information through daily/weekly/monthly ingestion and transformation of data from a variety of partner organizations. Ensure ongoing accuracy of Accenture and Avanade certification libraries through certification lifecycle management.Certification Analysis & Reporting: Support stakeholder communications with insights into regional and talent community performance towards certification objectives. Perform ad-hoc analysis in response to stakeholder inquiries. Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reports to support evolving business processes and objectives.Certification Support: Troubleshoot issues raised by learners and stakeholders. Partner with Global Helpdesk to define guidance and escalation paths for common scenarios.Process Management: Define, document, and manage core certification data, reporting, and support processes in collaboration with partner organizations. Drive operational efficiency and scale by automating processes where possible.
