The intern will gain hands-on experience in order management processes, systems, and customer interactions by utilizing order entry systems like EDI, OCR view, Ecommerce.
In fact, by facilitating order tracking and resolution of order-related issues, the intern will gain in-depth knowledge of the customers' hurdles and assistance needed to reduce their automation gap.
The hands-on experience will be enriched by analysis work on customer's digital profiling and segmentation to make customized proposals to support them to enhance their automation level and reach their sustainability goals.Your Responsibilities Will BeLearn and familiarize oneself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker through guided training sessions and self-directed learning.Support the implementation of new configurations of the tools through master data uploads, testing, and documenting best practices with careful supervision from the order management team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support requests.Explore the adaptation of AI related to order management to improve processes and gain efficiencies.Data analysis of customers' order entry history and support requests, to build customers' digital profile and segmentation of different clusters.Provide custom-made solutions/paths to improve automation level and efficiency of the order-to-cash process in alignment with customers' sustainability goals.What Do We Look For In YouEnrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.Self-starter: ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users orally and in written format.Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry.Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.What We Can Offer To You12-month paid internship (1000€ gross per month + tickets restaurant);Working in an international environment;Attractive benefits package;Inspirational colleagues culture;A team-oriented company culture;Possibility to make an impact;Fast Growing and innovative environment.Location: our offices in Madrid, Spain: on a hybrid work mode schedule.We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
